Electronic Match Report Form
The electronic Match Report Form (eMRF) is managed by the Match Official on match days.
Status
| Status | Role | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Added | League Administrator | The match has been created for the league, but no details (e.g. date, pushback time, etc.) have been maintained. |
| Upcoming | League Administrator | The match has been scheduled. From this point on the Team Managers can enter their teams, without being visible to the opposing side |
| Warm-Up | Match Official | The match must be set to this status x minutes before pushback. From this time onwards the team line-ups are visible to the public, including the opposing team. The time for warm-up is defined on league level and is generally 30 or 60 minutes before a match. |
| In Progress | Live Ticker / Match Official | The match is in progress and events can be entered live and live commentary can be added. The match receives the live indicator on the front end. |
| Ended | Live Ticker / Match Official | After the end of regular time, the match automatically transitions to this status. Alternatively, the status can be set directly. |
| Completed | Umpire | After reviewing the match events and noting any remarks if necessary, the umpires confirm the match and thereby change the status to Completed. |
| Official | League Administrator | After final review (e.g. including adjustments for penalties etc.) the league administrator confirms the official result. |

The status can only be transitioned to In progress when both teams have nominated their teams (including shirt numbers), highlighted the keepers and captain.
